My Yoga sessions are quiet, spacious and unhurried. We begin with the breath — sometimes that is already enough.
Depending on the person, the moment and the intention, we may move through Yin Yoga, gentle Hatha Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation or simple guided awareness. The practice is not about performance or flexibility. It is about contact.
Contact with the body.
Contact with the breath.
Contact with the deeper intelligence that is already present.

The Art of Pranayama
Pranayama, the yogic science of breath, is the practice of consciously regulating the life force—prana—through breath. More than just breathing exercises, pranayama is a gateway to stillness, clarity, and inner alignment.
I like to share this ancient art in a grounded and accessible way, focusing on breath awareness, refined technique, and energetic balance. My teachings invite a calm, steady presence, gently opening the body and mind to deeper states of vitality and peace. Each session blends classical methods with mindful pacing, supporting both beginners and experienced practitioners.
Hatha Yoga,
is the foundation. It works with posture, breath and alignment — not as performance, but as a way to bring the body into balance and the mind into clarity.
I teach Hatha in a classical, unhurried way. Sessions are adapted to the person in front of me — their body, their energy level, their history. We build awareness before we build strength.
Pranayama — the conscious regulation of breath — is woven through every session. Breath is the most direct access point I know to the nervous system. When the breath changes, everything changes.
Meditation is not a technique. It is a return — to stillness, to the body, to what is already present beneath the noise.
I guide meditation through breath awareness, body sensing, and simple sitting practice. No dogma, no tradition forced on anyone. Just a quiet invitation to stop, notice, and stay.
Sessions can stand alone or be integrated into a yoga or breathwork session.
Yin Yoga works with the deeper layers of the body — connective tissue, fascia, joints — through long, still holds and a slow, meditative pace. It is one of the most restorative and grounding practices I know.
In my sessions, we move quietly through a sequence of postures, held for several minutes each. There is no pushing. The work happens in the listening — in learning to stay with what is, and let the body open in its own time.
Suitable for all levels. Particularly effective for stress, tension, and anyone who lives mostly in their head.
Sound and touch are central parts of my work. They invite the body to soften, the mind to settle, and the nervous system to return to a more natural rhythm.
In a session, I may use Tibetan bowls, voice, mantra, guitar, silence, intuitive touch, or elements from my long background in Zen Shiatsu. The intention is not to “fix” the body, but to create a field where listening, release and inner reorientation can happen.
This work can be offered as a private session, a sound journey, a small group practice, or as part of a retreat experience.
Zen Shiatsu is a hands-on bodywork practice developed by Shizuto Masunaga. It works through gentle pressure and stretching along the body's meridian pathways — energy channels that run through the connective tissue and organ systems.
In a session, I work with the whole body, listening through touch. The intention is not to fix or correct, but to support the body's own capacity to rebalance. Sessions often bring deep physical relaxation alongside a quieting of the mind.
Zen Shiatsu is both preventative and therapeutic — useful for tension, fatigue, chronic stress, digestive issues, and general depletion. Sessions are received fully clothed, on a futon mat on the floor. Comfortable, loose clothing is ideal.
Nature has always been one of my deepest teachers. Born in the Dolomites and shaped by years of practice in the mountains, I see nature not as a background, but as part of the healing field itself.
Over the years, I have guided retreats and yoga journeys in places such as the Himalayas, the Swiss Alps, the Dolomites, Bali, Ibiza and La Gomera. These experiences combine movement, breath, meditation, walking, silence, sound and the direct presence of the natural world.
In nature, practice becomes simpler. The body remembers. The mind opens. Something essential becomes available again.

Personal Journey
Based in Italy, Egon grew up in a small village nestled in the breathtaking Dolomite Alps. From an early age, he was drawn to explore the natural world and spent most of his youth immersed in the mountains. An encounter with a holistic doctor following a sports injury awakened Egon’s profound interest in the inner and spiritual dimensions of healing.
This transformative experience set him on an extensive journey of discovery through South America, India, and Nepal. Inspired by what he encountered, Egon decided to follow his calling in the healing arts and committed to a comprehensive 4-year education in Germany, becoming a certified Zen Shiatsu therapist and naturopath (Heilpraktiker).
Following his studies in Munich, Egon moved to Zürich, Switzerland in 2004, where he established his own Zen Shiatsu studio, offering individual sessions and intimate meditation classes. In 2009, he completed his first Hatha Yoga teacher training in India, subsequently teaching at various prestigious yoga schools throughout Zürich and other European cities.
Throughout his yogic journey, Egon has drawn inspiration from diverse traditions including Anusara Yoga, Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, Pranayama, Bhakti Yoga, and Nada Yoga—all of which continue to deeply influence his life philosophy and teaching approach.
